Welcome to Red Ginger Café and Gift Shop, where our only mission is to make you, as a guest in our hale, happy. The healthful alternatives we are serving up use organic or local ingredients whenever possible. We also pride ourselves in supporting other local businesses, donating to various Hawaii charities and non-profit organizations, and reducing waste as best we can. The `aina is our home, so we strive to cherish and protect it.
